Roll up your sleeves and get baking with Stefano Borella. After his training at the Savoy and Churchill, Stefano has been teaching patisserie for 10 years. A member of the Academy of Culinary Arts, he is a perfectionist and loves to encourage others to bake.

Under his guidance learn to make the light and airy Italian Genovese Sponge cake, his signature and customer favourite lemon tart, choux pastry for mini filled beignets, pasta frolla for a pear tart and frangipane tart and more.

Sit and enjoy a light lunch which Stefano will cook for you, a taster of the pastries and take the rest home.
