Join us for this entertaining evening of cooking and wine tasting. The course is designed for beginners and experts alike and will be held in the warm kitchen setting of La Cucina Caldesi.
On this class you will learn from our chef Stefano Borella how to make delicious Italian dishes, ranging from a starter to dessert. During the meal, our wine expert Dante Cecchini will explain the nuances of a selection of red and white wines from different parts of Italy and guide you through pairing them with the different dishes.

Sample Dishes:-
  • Crostini neri - Toasted bread topped with chicken liver paté
  • Bruschetta with wild mushroom and parmesan cream
  • Deep fried sage leaves and assorted deep fried-vegetables
  • Pasta with tomato, sausage and fennel seeds ragù
  • Cantuccini - Traditional Tuscan almond biscuits
