This course is perfect for those wanting to learn the classic Italian dishes that we all love. These are the recipes that you will create at home over and over again from comfort food for the family such as fresh pasta and ragu to stunning centrepieces like the Seabass baked in Salt to impress friends.
Having written 18 cookbooks, cooked in Italian homes and restaurants Katie will pass on her kitchen tips as well as her knowledge of Italian food during the course of a fun morning together.  Afterwards, you will sit down to eat the feast you created with Italian wines.

  • Risotto with prawns and lemon
  • Seabass Baked in salt
  • Sauteed spinach with pine nuts and raisins
  • Wild boar or beef rib stew
  • Roast potatoes alla nonna with five herbs
