Join Katie on this course showcasing her favourite Italian  recipes that ideal for spring lunches and entertaining. Using the season's fresh vegetables, learn hands-on how to make a variety of sharing plates to be enjoyed for lunch with wine. Skills taught include making fresh pasta as well as risotto from an ancient grain. We are sure you will be happy to add these useful, simple recipes to your repertoire at home.
