Katie will share her recipes she has collected from Italian home kitchens over the years during her travels around the Italian countryside while researching her many cookbooks on the food of regional Italy. These are her favourite Springtime recipes for a wonderful Easter feast.

Adopting the ethos of the Italian kitchen Katie will take seasonal Italian ingredients and teach you the secrets of the Italian home cook while you create dishes that are both wholesome and full of flavour. 

After the cooking we will sit down to eat what we have made with a glass or two of wine.
Sample Dishes:-
  • Broad bean and wild garlic (if available) crostini
  • Linguine with crab and cream sauce
  • Roman lamb with rosemary, garlic and anchovies
  • Salt-baked Pecorino stuffed onions
  • Nonna’s herb roast potatoes
  • Sauteed spring greens with garlic
  • Ricotta and pinenut torte with candied orange
