This course is perfect for those wanting to learn the classic Italian dishes we all love. These are the recipes that you will create at home over and over again from delicious comfort food for the family, such as Aubergine Parmigiana to stunning centrepieces like Focaccia al Rosmarino to impress friends.
Having written 19 cookbooks, cooked in Italian homes and restaurants, Katie will pass on her kitchen tips as well as her knowledge of Italian food during the course of a fun morning together.? Afterwards, you will sit down to eat the feast you created with Italian wines.
Drawing from her experience, Katie will show you ideas for deliciously healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Grow your repertoire of dishes and pick up tips for weight-loss and metabolic health as you work together to produce a Summer lunch with a glass or two of Italian wine.
