Learn some great tips and tricks on how to avoid starchy or sugary high carb foods by replacing potato, bread, pasta and rice with much healthier alternatives.

When husband Giancarlo was told he was suffering from diabetes type 2, Katie instigated a low-carb diet using many of the dishes she will be teaching you on the course. As a result of changes to both diet and lifestyle the whole family have benefited, and Giancarlo’s diabetes symptoms disappeared too!

Drawing from her experience, Katie will show you ideas for deliciously healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Grow your repertoire of dishes and pick up tips for weight-loss and metabolic health as you work together to produce a Spring lunch with a glass or two of Italian wine.
