After the holiday indulgence, join Katie on a course that will help you honour your new year resolutions! Packed with information on how to finally nail weight-loss and in conjunction with the Caldesi’s low-carb cookbooks, this course will explore the many health benefits of a low-carb diet. Learn some great tips and tricks on how to avoid starchy or sugary high carb foods by replacing potato, bread, pasta and rice with much healthier alternatives.

Drawing from her first-hand experience Katie will help you make a delicious and healthy meal that will grow your repertoire of dishes and help you start the new year lighter and with more energy! Pick up tips for weight-loss and keeping metabolically healthy as you work together to produce a warming winter lunch with a glass or two of Italian wine. 
When Giancarlo was told he was suffering from diabetes type 2, Katie instigated a low-carb diet using many of the dishes he will be teaching you on the course. As a result of changes to both diet and life-style the whole family have benefited and Giancarlo’s diabetes symptoms disappeared too!
