Drawing from her first-hand expertise in low-carb cooking and healthy eating, Katie will help you make a delicious array of options to keep your blood glucose levels steady helping you start the summer lighter and more energised!
You will work together to create a warming winter lunch – low in carbohydrates but high in protein and other macro nutrients. All whilst sipping on an indulgent glass or two of Italian wine.
Developed in conjunction with the Caldesi’s ‘low carb’ cookbooks, this course is packed with information and practical tips to help you achieve a sustainable weight loss whilst still enjoying delicious wholesome dishes. Katie has written 9 cookbooks on ‘low carb’ eating, based on hers and Giancarlo’s personal experiences.
On this recipe packed course, you’ll be cooking dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and learning how to avoid high-carb foods such as cereal, potato, pastry and cake with much healthier and more delicious alternatives.
