She knows how hard it is to give up bread, pasta and dolci so this course is designed to leave you inspired and happy in the knowledge you can eat well without spiking your blood sugar.
 
Whether you are new to low-carb or have been doing it for years there will be plenty of tips and tricks along the way on this informative course. Try Katie’s inventive ways with vegetables to replicate your  favourite dishes rather than resorting to refined white carbs such as bread, pasta and rice. After the morning cooking, you will sit down to eat a low-carb feast with a glass or two of wine.
