Join us at La Cucina Caldesi with fermentation expert and award winning cook-book author Rachel de Thample to learn how to make a range of fermented produce, all with top quality seasonal ingredients.
 
Rachel will guide you through learning the fundamentals of fermenting foods and all the health benefits that go alongside, whilst making a delicious Italian-inspired feast to enjoy on the day including sourdough pizza (after learning how to create and maintain your own sourdough starter). You’ll also learn how to make lacto-fermented pickles including olives made from sloes and a fermented nut cheese, a sparkling probiotic kefir flavoured with lemon leaves and classic Tiramisu with a fermentation twist.

You’ll not only leave with a full stomach but you are also more than welcome to bring home with you the jars of fermented goodies you’ll have prepared with Rachel during the class!
