Our baking supremo Stefano will show you his favourite, fail-safe macaroon recipe and then you’ll cook a selection of different coloured and flavoured versions – all of uniformed size and baked crisps to perfection.
 
You’ll create some wonderfully tasty fillings as well as some mouth-watering chocolate truffles too.
 
All of your creations will then be gift boxed for you to take home and share with family and friends.
 
As finale to the course Stefano will demonstrate working with chocolate including tempering and there will be a short chocolate tasting too.
 
This course is a must for those with a sweet tooth.
