Our chef Ursula Ferrigno will be teaching children at La Cucina Caldesi again this summer!
The young chefs will learn how to make two types of pasta, of which one simple (such as tagliatelle or fettuccine) and one stuffed (such as ravioli or tortelloni), with one traditional sauce each, and a delicious healthy dessert.
Once everything is cooked and done, the children can sit at the table with Ursula and enjoy the fruit of their work.
