Have you learned all there is to learn about the basics of fresh pasta making? Do you wish to bring your skills up to the next level?
 
This course is for people who have made fresh pasta at least once before. Our pasta expert Cecilia Luppi will guide you through the preparation of advanced stuffed pasta shapes like the egg yolk ravioli, agnolotti del plin and tortelloni, paired with tasty sauces like her delicious Datterini tomato, olive and burrata sauce and the butter and sage sauce.
