Join Katie as she selects her favourite festive recipes to add a little Italian sparkle to cooking for Christmas. The Neopolitan Ragu is an adaptable slow-cooked dish packed with stuffed and rolled beef olives, ribs, and mixed meats. It is delicious served with pasta or eating as a casserole.
Learn what can be made get ahead and frozen, great ideas for canapes and as well as some unusual Italian side dishes. The Fig and Orange cake makes a wonderfully sticky, citrus alternative to Christmas cake. Sit down to enjoy a pre-Christmas feast with a cocktail and Italian wines.
