Indulge 'A Passion for Pasta' on this masterclass with Carmela Sereno Hayes author of the book by the same name.
On this course where pasta is the star Carmela will inspire you to create some fantastic dinner party and family pasta centered dishes. She’ll take you on a delicious journey of discovery showcasing both well known and lesser known dishes from the regions of Italy. From forming the most attractive coloured pasta to creating filled pasta and hand shaped pasta including making seasonal sauces and dressings to match.
As with all our courses after you’ve spent a morning of creation you’ll sit down as a team and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine to compliment your meal.

- Cannelloni with mortadella and ricotta
- Trofie with cavolo nero pesto
- Lasagne sheets dressed with melted butter, sugar and poppy seeds
- Chiacchiere , deep fried sweet pasta dusted with icing sugar
